Jeep has just announced pricing for the all-new Grand Cherokee. The model will come exclusively with four-wheel drive in Canada, starting from $51,545 for the Laredo model with a V6 engine. Loaded with more tech and more driver assistance features, the 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee starts around $1,500 more than the outgoing SUV.
The Laredo, Altitude, and Limited trim models will come with the 290-hp 3.6L V6 as the only engine, while all higher trims will offer drivers the option of a 5.7L V8 that also boots towing to 7,200 lbs. All trims get full-speed collision warning with pedestrian and cyclist detection and emergency braking, rear cross traffic detection, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping, blind spot monitoring, and rear parking sensors. Available assistance features include night vision, parking assist, and a 360-view camera.
The Laredo comes with Uconnect 5 on an 8.4-inch touchscreen and has a 10.1-inch digital dashboard. Heated cloth seats are standard with a power driver seat and dual-zone climate controls. The Limited trim adds terrain drive modes, leather seats, heated second-row seats, and six-speaker audio.
